Following the acquisition of your apartment, we will, should you so desire, arrange to rent it out either in the hotel-service style or as a rental property to improve the return on your investment in Switzerland.

The first formula consists of rental with a hotel service, inn style : ‘Relais de Campagne AU VIEUX-CHAMPEX’ (www.champex-lac.com) or it can be through our real estate rental agency (www.champex-immobilier.com).
